1. TODO¶

• Proceedings
  • 22 proceedings uploaded, compressed and OCR’d (where applicable)
  • upload remaining proceedings
  • Get compressed PDFs for all items (<50mb)
  • get article list for 2021 and 2022
  • differentiate project publications for paper publications
• Add metadata to all uploaded proceedings
• Get proceedings editors, and create editor entries (ideally via a clean spreadsheet)
• Quarterlies and other non-proceedings publications:
  • Get metadata for Quarterlies
  • Upload remaining Quaterlies
  • Generate issue entries for Quarterlies
• Get rid of a few instances of et al. (add all authors to spreadsheet)
• Add library list for each article (link to issue)

• Added library links for all articles (where it applies)
• Changes top level item type from journal to archive. Added archive in sandpointsnamegraph.json.

3. July 30, 2023¶

• Parser program revision.
  • Created new CSV listing ACADIA publications (at the moment only proceedings).
  • Created ⁄Editors entries, associated with issues.

4. July 29, 2023¶

• Theme customizations
  • Edited CSS (site.min.css) to add highlighting for code and pre (what enclosed in backticks)
  • Edited layouts\taxonomy\list.html to remove date from keyword view
• Uploaded current library version to Sandpoints.

6. July 26, 2023¶

First version of the archive compiled. It includes all authors, papers, and issues between 1985 and 2022. The library includes:

• Proceedings between 1985 and 1995 (later proceedings PDFs are very large, should opt for smaller versions)
• Quarterlies between 1983 and 2001 (mostly without proper metadata)
