1. Ways of contributing¶
Possible ways of contributing include:
- Suggesting corrections for errors in existing entries.
- Contributing missing metadata, for example missing abstracts and keywords for papers (see ⁄keywords
archive-note-no-abstractandarchive-note-no-tags). - Contributing biographies for contributors or editors.
- Contributing via essays and analyses of the ACADIA archive. These can be published in the archive website within a new
issuewith with contributions that deal with this archive.
Contributors to the archive should get their own contributor entry.
2. Archive corrections¶
- Make a copy of the existing CSV file /spreadsheet;
- make and clearly mark (color code) any amendments;
- make sure to adhere to existing conventions for filing data;
- forward your spreadsheet copy to the archive managers.
