abstract⁄This paper presents a working hypothesis for thedevelopment of Architectural Acoustics teaching software.The concepts and rationale underlying the developmentare discussed first and followed by a presentation ofcurrent firstphase twodimensional work in progress. Thepaper includes mention of some of the strengths andweaknesses of this firstphase work as well as our initialthoughts and intentions about desirable features for a fullthreedimensional implementation.
